North American Numbering Council (NANC)
The NANC is a Federal Advisory Committee that provides recommendations to the FCC on numbering issues. The NANC Chair website provides information on issues currently being addressed by the NANC.
Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS)
The Industry Numbering Committee (INC) is an industry forum under ATIS addressing and developing solutions for numbering issues. The INC developed the Reassigned Number Database (RND) Guidelines for Service Provider Reporting of Permanently Disconnected Number Data.
