Click on each step for detailed explanations.

In order to request a login, the Primary Contact shall send an email to support@reassigned.us, indicating the type of registrant (Caller or Caller Agent).

RND Customer Support will send an email back to the Primary Contact. The email will contain a link to an online registration form which is only valid for the Primary Contact and must be used within 7 calendar days.

The registration will require the Primary Contact to provide their contact and company information as well as information for the Authorizer from the Primary Contact’s company; the Authorizer is a member of management within the company who has the authority to authorize the Primary Contact to register within the RND.

The registration will also require a Company ID consisting of a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 characters (alpha and numeric accepted). If the Company ID is not provided the RND will assign one. The registration will also require the applicant to successfully complete reCAPTCHA and agree to the Terms of Use.

After submission, the applicant will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number.

RND Customer Support will process the application within 7 calendar days of receipt. If approved, the Primary Contact will receive an email confirmation with information to login to the RND and a temporary password which is valid for 7 calendar days.

If denied, the Primary Contact will receive an email with the reason for denial and may reach out to RND Customer Support with questions at 833-763-2366 or support@reassigned.us.

Once the Primary Contact receives the temporary password, they will be required to login and change their password, which must be between 16 and 64 characters in length and include one upper case letter and one lowercase letter.

Once registered, the Primary Contact shall use the RND to invite users from their respective companies to access the RND. Additionally, the Primary Contact will manage the company users, the company profile, subscription types, and billing information.

Once registered, the Caller Agent shall use the RND to add new Client Companies to their profile. The addition of Client Companies requires a Letter of Authorization authorizing the Caller Agent to query the RND on behalf of the Client Company.

Callers and Caller Agents must be registered in the RND, and subscribed to a plan to start querying the RND.   The plans and pricing can be found at  https://www.reassigned.us/pricing.  All subscriptions must be prepaid through the RND.  The user will be prompted to enter billing contact and payment via either credit card or ACH/electronic check and will be automatically sent an invoice/receipt, via email, immediately after subscribing.  Caller Agents must also have at least one client company in order to make queries.  A Letter of Authorization must be emailed to support@reassigned.us before the Caller Agent can add each client company to their RND profile

Callers and Caller Agents will be able to query using one of four processes:

  1. Directly within the RND GUI — up to 50 telephone numbers
  2. Using the RND GUI file upload function — up to 1,000,000 telephone numbers per file
  3. Uploading files via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) — up to 250,000 telephone numbers per file
  4. Using an API — up to 1,000 telephone numbers at a time
  5. Using API upload – up to 1,000,000 telephone numbers per file

Caller or Caller Agent must provide the following to query the RND:

  • Telephone Number
  • Last Known Contact Date
  • CompanyID (And a RecordID of up to 12 digits is an optional field)

In Order to query, you will provide a Telephone Number, Last known contact date, and Registered Company ID.  The RND will return a query response for each TN queried of “yes”, “no”, or “no data” to explain whether the number has been reassigned (or more accurately, permanently disconnected) since the date provided.

YES
means that Safe Harbor does not apply because the telephone number queried has been permanently disconnected on or after the date of consent.

NO
means Safe Harbor may apply because the telephone number queried has not been permanently disconnected since consent was provided or if the number was not permanently disconnected and the date of consent is on or after January 27,2021.

NO DATA
means that Safe Harbor does not apply because the telephone number was not permanently disconnected and the date of consent was prior to January 27,2021.
