Click on each step for detailed explanations.

In order to request a login, the Primary Contact shall send an email to support@reassigned.us, indicating the type of registrant (Service Provider or Service Provider Agent).

RND Customer Support will send an email back to the Primary Contact.  The email will contain a link to an online registration form which is only valid for the Primary Contact and must be used within 7 calendar days.

The registration will require the Primary Contact to provide their contact and company information as well as information for the Authorizer from the Primary Contact’s company; the Authorizer is a member of management within the company who has the authority to authorize the Primary Contact to register within the RND.

The registration will also require a Company ID consisting of a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 characters (alpha and numeric accepted).  If the Company ID is not provided the RND will assign one.  The registration will also require the applicant to successfully complete reCAPTCHA and agree to the Terms of Use.

After submission, the applicant will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number.

RND Customer Support will process the application within 7 calendar days of receipt. If approved, the Primary Contact will receive an email confirmation with information to login to the RND and a temporary password which is valid for 7 calendar days.

If denied, the Primary Contact will receive an email with the reason for denial and may reach out to RND Customer Support with questions at 833-763-2366 or support@reassigned.us.

Once the Primary Contact receives the temporary password, they will be required to login and change their password, which must be between 16 and 64 characters in length and include one upper case letter and one lowercase letter.

Once registered, the Primary Contact shall use the RND to invite users from their respective companies to access the RND.  Additionally, the Primary Contact will manage the company users and the company profile.

Once registered, the Service Provider Agent (SPA) shall use the RND to add new Client Companies to their profile.  The addition of Client Companies requires a Letter of Authorization authorizing the SPA to submit permanently disconnected telephone numbers reports or updates to the RND on behalf of the Client Company.

Service Providers, Service Provider Agents, and the TFNA (Submitters) must be registered in the RND system prior to submitting data.

Submitters will prepare a monthly report file with telephone numbers and the date of permanent disconnection with their allocated and ported-in numbers.

The file shall be formatted according to RND specifications and must be .XLSX or .CSV format.  The file shall be submitted using either the RND GUI file upload function or Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).

Submitters must provide their monthly reports by the 15th of the month. This report will consist of incremental month-over-month data changes to include:

  • CompanyID
  • Permanently Disconnected Telephone Numbers
  • Disconnection Dates

*If the report consists of over 1 million rows more than one file can be submitted with use of BatchID.
